POST
Share enough information to be recognized suspect, vehicle, method, location, image, or investigative question.
RECOGNIZE
Another investigator sees a connection to something they are already working or have previously encountered.
CONNECT
Investigators make direct contact, compare information, and determine where the cases overlap.
BUILD
Those connections can create new leads, identify patterns, improve investigative methods, and strengthen cases.
